The majority of the equipment was sent to Mombasa port on CFR terms but HiLOG Turkey was responsible for shipping the bitumen tanks from ex-works Ankara to Mombasa. From Mombasa, HiLOG Kenya took over customs clearance and delivery to Bugesera, Rwanda.
